Momofuku Spicy Noodles w/ Tingly Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 
- 1 tbsp Momofuku Tingly seasoned salt 
- 3 tbsp sesame oil 
- 2 bunches of scallions, cut into 2 inch pieces (only greens) 
- 1 Serrano chili, thinly sliced 
- 3 packets Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles 
Instructions:
- Season shrimp generously with seasoned salt. 
- In a hot wok, add sesame oil. Once the oil is hot, add the raw shrimp and sauté until just cooked - about 2-3 minutes. 
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside. 
- Add 1/2 of the scallions to the pan and sauté until softened. Then add the Serrano chilies. 
- Let the chilies cook for 1 min, then add the sauce from the noodle packets. 
- Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Then drain the noodles and add them to the wok. 
- Stir the noodles in the pan until the sauce evenly coats each noodle. 
- Add the cooked shrimp back to the pan, along with the remainder of the scallions. Toss everything together to combine.
