Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs 
Marinade
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt 
- 1 tbsp tomato paste 
- 1 tbsp minced ginger 
- 1 tbsp minced garlic 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
- 1 tbsp Shan tandoori chicken masala 
- 1 tbsp Shan chicken tikka masala 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder 
- 1/2 tsp turmeric 
- 1 tsp cumin 
Instructions:
- Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small bowl and add the chicken. 
- Make sure the chicken is fully coated in the marinade, then let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes - the longer, the better. 
- Line your air fryer with some parchment paper and add the chicken in a single layer, making sure not to crowd the air fryer. 
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs. Cook for another 6-8 minutes.
