Strawberry Roohafza Dalgona
Ingredients:
- Roohafza (rose syrup) 
- diced strawberries 
- crushed ice 
- milk 
- 1/2 cup heavy cream 
Instructions:
- Whip together heavy cream and 3-4 tbsp Roohafza syrup until the cream is lightly thickened. Set aside. 
- Drizzle about a tablespoon of Roohafza inside of your glass. 
- Add a few tbsp of diced strawberries to the bottom of the glass. 
- Top with crushed ice and milk. 
- Gently top the glass with a few tbsp of the whipped Roohafza cream. 
- Garnish with more strawberries.
