Buffalo Chicken Bread
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup cream cheese 
- ¼ cup red onion, diced 
- ¼ cup chopped scallions 
- 1 cup cooked chicken 
- ¾ cup shredded cheese 
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro 
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce 
- ½ tsp salt 
- ½ tsp garlic powder 
- pizza dough or puff pastry 
- 1 beaten egg 
- sliced jalapenos 
 
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese, red onions, scallions, cooked chicken, shredded cheese, cilantro, buffalo sauce, salt and garlic powder, and mix well. 
- Roll out a sheet of puff pastry or some pizza dough. 
- Add the filling to the rolled dough, making sure to keep it in only the center/middle of the rolled dough. 
- On one side of the filling, use a pizza cutter to cut ½ inch pieces of the dough. 
- Using three strips at a time, braid the dough. 
- Then pull the opposite side of the dough over your chicken filling. 
- Brush the dough with a beaten egg. 
- Then pull the braids over the center and stick them to the opposite side. 
- More egg wash over the braids. 
- Sprinkle the dough with sesame seeds or any seasoning of your choice. 
- Lastly, place the sliced jalapenos on the dough. 
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown all over. 
- Cut into slices, and serve.
