Spicy Peanut Noodles
Ingredients:
Beef:
- 1 lb ground beef 
- 1 tsp sesame oil 
- 2 tbsp soy sauce 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp crushed red chillies 
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce 
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp oil 
- 1 tsp red chili flakes 
- 1 tsp minced garlic 
- 1 tbsp peanut butter 
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce 
- 2 tbsp soy sauce 
- ½ tsp chicken bouillon 
- ¼ cup water 
- 1 tsp sesame oil 
- 1 tbsp vinegar 
- chow mein noodles 
- sliced scallions 
- oil, for frying 
Instructions:
- To make the marinade for the beef, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, crushed red chillies, and oyster sauce in a bowl. 
- Then add the ground beef, mix it well, and let it marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes. 
- In a small skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil, add red chili flakes, and minced garlic. Remove from the heat once it starts sizzling. 
- To the hot oil, add peanut butter, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, water, sesame oil, and vinegar. Mix until it’s all combined, and set the sauce aside. 
- In a few tablespoons of oil, start cooking the ground beef until it is brown and crispy. 
- Cook the noodles, and add them directly to your sauce. 
- Toss the noodles in the sauce, top with crispy beef, and sliced scallions.
